We pack and dispatch orders Monday to Thursdays.
For same day dispatch orders must be placed by 11:30am AEST (excluding public holidays).

All sales are final sale. In the unlikely event that a product arrives defective, please contact theonelashsupply@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will send replacements for damaged/missing products if contacted within 7 days of the delivery date. Customer must provide photos and videos of the issue, including proof of purchase.
