Australia Customers: In the unlikely event that that your parcel goes missing, you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. However you can also send us a DM on instagram @theonelashsupply if you would also like us to look into this for you
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, you will be liable for further shipping cost. To have your parcel re-sent, you will need to cover the postage cost. THE ONE Lash Supply will invoice you the cost of postage.
